What I like about Mazatlan is that it is extremely consistent. For $10 you get a full plate of food if you’re a senior. That’s a deal. A bowl of tortilla chips and two dipping choices plus another bowl with no charge. I have no complaints about this restaurant. It’s obviously family run and it’s smiles all around for us. I‘ve probably eaten here 20 times in the last five years. If you just feel like going out and you want a good meal, you can’t go wrong here. I’m tired of paying 35 or $50 for a meal that comes on a cold plate. One thing you can say about Mazatlan is those plates are super hot. And I’m a slow eater. We’re loyal customers!

I have always enjoyed coming to the Mazátlan Restaurant ever since I was little. I've always loved the amazing hospitality, kindness, and hard work shown by the staff. From the hostesses, to the cooks. I've always been so grateful that I had a place to go to that reminded me a lot of home and made me feel welcome. For the food, I don't even know where to begin. The dishes are always excellent. And there are many options to choose from. The menu is always able to give you options, as well as asking the staff for other options as well. And if it's your birthday, don't worry the Mazatlan is there to celebrate with you too! Finally the ambiance is truly unique. From the decorations to the paintings, it feels authentically Mexican and you get a good vibe of being at home, traveling to a new place, or visiting your family simply by walking in. Overall, the Mazatlan is an amazing restaurant with amazing workers who truly love helping people and who love what they do. That is rare to find in a restaurant nowadays and I think that is what makes the Mazátlan Mexican Restaurant an excellent place to visit.

Genuinely friendly and fun staff! The fall drink menu is really festive, creative, and delicious (we tried the Dani (Ghost of Oaxaca) a smoky mezcal-based twist on an old fashioned.) Beautiful restaurant, food hit the spot, paired perfectly with our drinks. Will be back very soon to try the others!!

When the server brought up our plates, she said, “Who had the cheeseburger?” My reaction was, “Ummmm?” .. Hubby realized she was joking first. I FULL ON belly laughed when I got the joke. . We ALWAYS have great service at Redmond Mazatlan. We love the chips, salsa and OMG the bean dip is so good.. They should offer that dip as an alternate burrito filling and side with the rice (I would happily pay extra!). Oh, and try the flan! I’ve actually ordered it for lunch with a side of cheese enchilada. This picture is my carnitas loaded baked potato (really REALLY good) and notice the little bean dip cup is empty… soooo good!
